冬天到了台灣人流行吃補,接到土羊哥羊肉爐試吃邀請想到要寄去北極熊家吃,因為熊爸和熊弟是專業的羊肉愛好者。

開場的是羊肉麵,有分醬拌麵和湯麵兩種,醬拌麵跟湯麵的配料一樣,只差在湯包比較大包的是湯麵,應該是羊肉爐湯頭的小包裝,都是微波或水煮加熱就可以吃了。

其實醬拌麵的湯也不少,吃的時候要沾著湯頭吃比較有滋味。

愛吃羊肉的莊小弟說,好吃!麵條還受到不愛烏龍麵的北極熊稱讚,帶有咬勁與湯頭味道很搭喔!

被冷凍住的大包湯底,慢火溶化後要加幾碗水。

這是羊肉塊包,店家的羊肉有分帶皮或是沒帶皮的,份量有半斤或一斤,可以根據自己喜好挑。

羊肉丸也是店家推薦的,吃起來Q彈,如果羊肉味不那麼重,可以說比貢丸好吃。

羊腳筋一包裡有四、五塊,帶骨啃起來很過癮。

另外這包滷羊肚是直接退冰到常溫就能吃的小菜。

冷凍的大包湯底要加幾碗水溶化,接著再把羊肉、羊肉丸、羊腳筋通通丟下去,在家自己喜歡的青菜、豆皮都可以,變成超大一鍋。

湯底味道濃郁,加了好幾次青菜也沒有稀釋掉很多,這樣一鍋六個人吃也還吃不完。

沾醬是帶有豆腐乳的那種,但因為湯頭鹹度很夠,所以吃鍋幾乎都沒沾,不過可以拿來拌麵線應該很不錯吃。
