看這排隊的人潮,就知道小楊生煎的人氣有多旺。 購買的方式是先付錢買票卷,再到製作區的窗口拿生煎包,店裡也有座位,但完全是客滿的。

裡頭超多師傅在包生煎包。

師傅在煎包子,只是油煙還真的有點嚴重,玻璃整個是油的,但美食還是要吃!

一盒裡有六個生煎包,個頭還不小,上面沾滿了白芝麻,下方是包子收口的地方直接煎得香酥。

裡頭的肉鮮嫩多汁,咬下去還會爆漿,食尚玩家拍的不是假的,因為可憐表妹真的被我咬下噴出的湯汁濺到。

上海小楊生煎包吃起來跟台灣的水煎包不一樣,有點像是皮比較厚實的小包子直接在鍋裡煎熟,下面的部分真的很厲害香酥但不焦,雖然有點偏油,但是吃了會一直想再吃,到現在都還有點想念。
